The first time I read this (last night), my brain somehow processed “outrage” as “oot-raj”. Like a ridiculously weird pronunciation that left me wondering—“hmm…I wonder what that means…must look that up later”. 

This morning, I went through my dashboard again and saw this and it hit me what the word was.

Reminds me of that time in high school when I read “insatiable” as “in-saht-ee-able”. I don’t know why I’m obsessed with pronouncing things like a wannabe French person.
